Interesting place, inexpensive lunch, basic fare. Place has been around forever.

It is a nice sandwich shop that can use a little homey touch and dressing up. The soup was excellent but I did not agree with how they warmed it in the microwave. Where's the Duke?

They've been open 102 years. They must be doing something right. The food is plain and simple, but delicious. A must try!

Fair prices, great simple food! It reminds me of a lunch I would make for myself from home... the restaurant is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. I recently started working nearby and tried them out for lunch today... I had chicken salad on toasted wheat and mustard potato salad. Both were great and I spent less than $5!

Stopped by for the first time in years. Menu mostly changed but grilled cheese great. No more hot dogs or other favorite sandwiches from the past. Sweet Tea was like drinking straight sugar and the lemonade cake was stale.

Great service! Delicious sandwiches of course! Could be remodeled for a cleaner atmosphere but other than that I'm always pleased.

Unique, local for over 100 years.Euginia Dukes, quite a business lady early 1900's. Sandwiches were delicious. The egg salad was a 100 year old receipe. Clean restaurant. Lemon aid was very tasty too.

Great, simple sandwiches. We had a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and a "Dagwood Club." Decent pricing. Will make this our regular sandwich shop!

Very clean store. The cashier was nice and helpful. We were there after the lunch crowd so there wasn't a line. The sandwiches were great. They have wonderful desserts too. My favorite is the banana pudding 😋

I came in around 2pm, Saturday April 11th. I had never been here but I will always come back now. The guy who took my order was incredibly helpful. The two sandwiches I got Dagwood and pineapple cream cheese were excellent. And the Pattie salad was the best I've had around.

Anything with the name Duke's you know you can trust. I've passed the shop for years but never when conveinant to stop in. So glad I made the time. I ordered 3 sandwiches! I simply could not pick and though in town a lot, not often enough. So I had yumminess for 2 days! Was thrilled to see their mayo based salads in local supermarket in Charleston. I bought one of each.

First time here today 8-5-20 the gentleman at the front was supper nice. The food came out very quick. I got the Dagwood. I would come back when I work Greenville again

I've been coming here since I was born! It will always be one of my favorite places! Especially for picnic sandwiches! The minced barbecue, toasted pimento cheese, and ham and cheese are my favorites! The classics never get old!

Best grilled cheese and PB&J in town. Get some pasta salad too. If you like Cole slaw, then this is also the place to have lunch. Another nice touch is they have awesome sweet tea and serve Coke products. Clean and plenty of room to eat, but parking can get tight. Don't forget they do Catering. Stop in for lunch

Delicious chicken salad on the best croissant.

As a child I grew up eating sandwiches made with Duke's Pimento Cheese, Ham Salad, Chicken Salad, and the best... Pineapple cream cheese with pecans on Ritz Crackers. Thought those treats were long gone till I stumbled into the Duke's Shop in Greenville. It was heaven. Found myself feeling like an 8yr old. Nice service. Everything tasted exactly the same. Can't wait to go back.

Stopped in for a sandwich today and upon first bite childhood memories came flooding back....SO good! It's really unfortunate that the city has ruined, yes ruined, their parking lot for an unnecessarily wide sidewalk.

cashier not wearing mask, don’t know if the people making the food have masks either. pretty sure it’s the same people making food and ringing you up.

Nice atmosphere and service, but the food is skimpy and cost too much, for what it is.

The food was good. There was a short wait for it to come out. There was music playing in the inning area.

Been thinking about trying this place for awhile, I finally stopped in. Egg Salad Blt was delicious and the potato salad was pure 🔥! Next time I will try the Ham, pepper and onion!

Great place to eat! I especially love the toasted egg salad sandwich and chicken salad sandwich!! They make their own soups here. And they make good, sweet iced tea.

I love there food and customer service is great

They only have take out right now and they have the restaurant marked off for customers to keep distance. We ordered soup & sandwiches & three drinks. The manager is very nice and they didn't mess up anything. They were pretty busy today. We took our food home & it was really good :)We will definitely be going back ! 🙂
